CRISIS PROGRAM MANAGER
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Crisis Program Manager
This position supervises a staff of Crisis Intervention Specialists and ensures the highest level of quality in the services HCRS provides to the community. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in this highly visible position which requires frequent interaction and collaboration with individuals and groups in the community and at all levels within HCRS. Proven excellent judgment and decision-making skills are critical. This is a hands-on position requiring the skills to multi-task and handle shifting priorities on a daily basis. Individuals must also possess excellent verbal/written communication skills.

While this position works primarily out of our Springfield location, the manager's schedule will also float between our Brattleboro and White River Junction offices. Relevant Master's Degree preferred; QMHP required.

Clinical Supervisor
HCRS seeks a Clinical Supervisor for our Community Rehabilitation and Treatment Program (CRT) in Springfield. This position leads a team providing support for adults with severe and persistent mental illness and other challenges toward achieving stability and moving towards wellness and recovery. Co-occurring experience is highly preferred. MA/MSW with licensure is required.
