An opportunity has become available for a Customer Advisor to join a major insurance organisation in Cambridge to sell and advise on personal lines insurance products.
The Role
• Responsible for liaising with customers over the telephone in regards to their personal lines insurance needs (such as home and car insurance).
• Use your product knowledge to answer all queries in order to retain existing business and convert all new business opportunities.
The Person
For your application to be considered, you must have previous experience within a similar customer focused role. You will have strong verbal communication skills and have a confident, professional telephone manner.
