Our client, a market leading organisation in their field who has an international presence, has a job for a professional French/German speaking (preferably both) Customer Service Advisor to join their thriving team near Cosford. This company has a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service and is currently expanding their team to reflect their success. The job of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide exceptional customer service to international customers.
Your main responsibility will be to advise customers from France and Germany regarding the company's products, dealing with their queries quickly and professionally. This will involve answering inbound calls, giving support and advice.
We are considering candidates from all backgrounds; this may be your first job after attending University or alternatively, you may have experience in a similar role and be seeking a new challenge. However, applicants must be fluent in French or German (both is preferable) and customer service skills are preferable. A good telephone manner and positive attitude is essential.
