PBMS is currently seeking an On-Call candidate who is customer service oriented and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment. Key responsibilities include: Fill in at multiple accounts when employees call in, are on leave or on vacation Be available on a project-needed basis for various accounts within Downtown Tucson and surrounding areas Hours are flexible and manager notifies you a few days in advance prior to the start of a project; or schedules you prior for pre-scheduled events Run copy, mail, and fax equipment in a law firm environment or commercial sites Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers on various floors Cross-train in hospitality-kitchen areas and conference room setup Reception/Front Desk duties if required Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages Maintain copier equipment Provide courier services Maintain shipping/receiving areas Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Take direction from supervisor or site manager Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail Adhere to all safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned by management PBMS offers a competitive salary. Qualification The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications: Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience required Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Competency in performing multiple functional tasks Ability to meet employer's attendance policy Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Ability to lift and/or move items up to 55 pounds or maximum allowed by current State Law with or without accommodations Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations Flexible working schedule; mostly during regular business hours (current average 2-3 days per week depending on availability and current business requirements..schedule will vary) Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record Must have reliable transportation Additional Info Minimum Age 18+ years old Job Industries Customer Service
