Customer Service Call Center Rep. Job Description: Inbound customer care representative will be taking 80-100 calls per day from homeowners about their mortgage. Customer care representatives could be discussing things including, but not limited to, taxes, payments, and escrow. The average call time is 2-5 minutes. At the end of each call the client completes a 7 minute survey on customer satisfaction. You must be comfortable following pre-established scripts throughout the call. The system will notify the representative if clients qualify for any products or services that align with their modification. If the client qualified, you are required to ask the client if they would like the extra service. You will transfer any escalated calls to the team lead or manager.
