Customer Service Consultants
This exciting Customer Service Call Centre opportunity, exists within one of Queensland's largest progressive infrastructure organisations. Working within a vibrant Call Centre environment, these multiple positions will require you to commence mid November 2011, for duration of 3 months with a view for an extension. This fine establishment offers on-site parking with modern furnishing to match, with a touch of a professional and friendly atmosphere. We are seeking enthusiastic experienced Call Centre Operators, to continuously offer a high standard of Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver high levels of customer service to clients in answering general day to day queries and resolving more complex matters;
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure individual and team targets are met and exceeded;
- Enter information into and maintain accurate and up-to-date client account files;
- Keep informed of new and improved products and services and bring to the attention of new and existing customers.
Key Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience within a Call Centre Environment;
- Sound communication skills are essential to ensure high level service is maintained;
- Must be willing to provide or complete Data Entry Testing with Robert Walters;
- Must be flexible to work rotating rosters, as the centre operates 7 days a week 7am-10pm. 1 week-end day per week required (subject to business needs).
