Customer Service / Engagement Manager (Maternity Cover)

A great job opportunity for a Customer Service / Engagement Manager has come up within a charitable organisation in Exeter to cover a 10 month maternity contract.

Our clients are a not for profit, charitable trust company that provide services to schools in the South West and you will be joining a small team to further enhance the quality of service which is already above standard.

As an experienced Customer Service Manager, you will have excellent communication and people management skills as well as being able to create and maintain projects.

You will ideally have a Business or Administrative qualification and must be comfortable dealing with customers face to face, over the phone and electronically (emails etc.), be a 'go getter' and able to deal with often complicated queries.
