About the Job
2 The Customer Service Specialist will serve as a liaison between the public and AGN Media. This position will be responsible for fulfilling customer's needs via telephone, amarillo.com and walk-in customers. The specialist will work with all departments within AGN Media to ensure over-the-top customer service. Applicants must have the ability to work well with others. Qualified candidates must also have excellent computer, verbal and written skills along with the ability to multi-task and follow-thru on projects. There are two part-time positions available. Both are Monday through Friday with one position working from 8am - 1pm and the other working 12pm 5pm.
