GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Accurately cycle count inventory parts as directed by Inventory Coordinator. Perform inventory accuracy exercises.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Perform daily Cycle Counts based upon process and ensure that the integrity of the process is maintained.
· Audit cycle counts of other team members to ensure accuracy.
· Meet with outside auditors and customers as required to describe and explain the cycle count process functions and procedures.
· Participate in physical inventory preparation.
· Provide reporting support to the cycle count team lead.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum of one-year experience with the cycle count process and data management.
· Minimum of one year experience in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma
· Previous experience with audit manufacturing and warehousing processes.
· Must have good math, analytical, and communication skills and ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly.
· Ability to work independently with little supervision and be a team player.
· Ability to use pallet jack, forklift and turret truck and must become certified within 30 days in position.
· Ability to use Microsoft Access, Excel, and Outlook.
