Job Title: Data Verifier - DMP

Salary: £14,708 p.a.

Location: Leeds city centre

Shift Pattern: Monday : Friday 12pm to 8pm

Start Date: Immediate

Our client is recruiting a team of Data Verifiers who will manage all the documentation required to set up a debt management plan (DMP). This role is fundamental to maintaining a high quality of service to our clients customers. 

Working as part of a team, you will have contact with clients by phone, email and letter to gather the information needed to set up their DMP. This will include checking balances, account numbers and proof of income.

You will then verify and process this information on our in-house computer system. You will need to work to predefined guidelines and make decisions within these parameters. 

A high proportion of your working week will be spent answering inbound telephone calls so you should have strong verbal communication skills with previous experience in a customer facing role.

The successful candidates will be highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work using their own initiative. You should have an eye for detail, be exceptionally organised and show previous experience of prioritising your own workload. You will be required to work closely with people within your team so you must be a confident team player.

A good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel is essential. Although experience in a similar position is not required, as full training will be provided, experience in a customer focused environment is essential.
