Director Investment Grade Credit Analyst
The role is primarily to provide full support to the Relationship Managers, reporting to a Deputy General Manager the Director will manage undertake the preparation of new and renewal credit applications.
The Director will be responsible for:-
(1)Overseeing and undertaking credit analysis for new, amendment and renewal credit applications
(2) Assist with portfolio management duties e.g. analysis of portfolio structure, risk, industry concentration and asset sales
(3) Assist the DGM / Head of Credit in managing the flow of work in the pre-execution of transactions and overseeing / assisting in the workflows of the Credit Analysts
(4) Assist the DGM / Head of Credit in any ad hoc / project related work, including preparation and engagement with Internal Audit and any Head Office Reporting
(5) Assist marketing activities in respect of 'opportunistic' transactions
(6) Administration relating to the Relationship Management Portfolio
(7) Oversight and assisting in Credit Monitoring including monitoring / internal reporting in accordance with the bank's procedures
