Job Description: This Director of Early Childhood Education Position features a terrific opportunity for an experienced Director in the field of child care. As the Director of early childhood education for this prestigious, well known facility you will be responsible for making a difference in the lives of children and their families while effectively efficiently running the operations. We are seeking a committed individual who has a strong desire to make a difference. This key role will be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring efficient operations in full accordance with company and state licensing standards. Will be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the students and parents. An essential function will be to foster an environment in which children will use their imagination to discover new and exciting things on a daily basis. Will be responsible for promoting a positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company the "preeminent choice" in educational programs for the community that we service. Will recruit, train and develop a team of highly skilled staff who are aligned with all company's business principals and vision of excellence. A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a 5 STAR child care facility required. Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills are a must.
