Director of Loan Servicing recruitment

We utilize industry leading investment systems, resources, and actively participate in capital markets.
We are looking for a Director of Loan Servicing to join our Commercial Mortgage group. You will report to the VP-Head of Commercial Mortgage.
What you will be doing:
- Fully managing the loan administration process
- Generating portfolio level analytics to assist our Portfolio Managers in making business decisions, and managing of our portfolio of commercial real estate loans
- Coordinating annual collection and review of borrower operating statements
- Ensuring a thorough and efficient property inspection plan is created and carried out
- Communicating late fees assessed, evaluating appropriateness and collectability monthly
- Facilitating loan payoff and modification requests, evaluating based on loan terms and management goals, making recommendations for executive approval
- Recommending improvements to systems, procedures and reporting for continuous improvement
- Responsible for the financial administration of all loan documents
- Managing and leading a staff of three Analysts
- Collaborating with other departments within 40|86 to maximize efficiencies of achieving business goals, operational effectiveness and reporting.
What you need to have:
- Applicable experience in Commercial Mortgage Loan Servicing preferably with an insurance company, bank or CMBS servicer
- Ability to identify potential problem loans proactively based on evaluation of property level data, market trends, and ongoing communication
- Familiarity with a commercial mortgage reporting system, such as LMS
- Supervisory experience
