This is a rare opportunity to move your retail management career towards a multisite and area management level. We are currently seeking a senior store manager ready to take on the challenge of managing 2 stores in Canberra, in a dual store management role.
Under your watchful eye you will have an opportunity to take these stores to new heights of success, with an established business model, great support and awesome product! It's all about motivating a team, driving sales through customer service with a real focus back on the customer. As well as managing the day to day operation of both stores, both teams and overall performance.
The Role:
- Position: Dual Store Manager
- Salary: $48 - 50K base + super + Bonus (experienced Based)
- Roster: Work Sunday - Thursday

The Role Requirements:
- Strong history in successful retail management
- Experience in a high volume or high turnover environment
- A passion and energy for team leadership and motivating people
- Management experience in wages, rosters, financials, and stock control.
- Sales success in previous roles, and experience working with KPIs
- Ability to train and develop a team of retail professionals
- Flare for visual merchandising and high standards for store presentation.
