Position Reports To:  Sr. Manager, User Experience

 

Position SummaryDevelop and implement web strategies for improved user experience, usability, marketing, and functionality. Responsible for recommendations of strategies, and managing, planning and executing of strategies for our e-commerce websites in Brady's Direct Marketing America's Group. This position is pivotal to driving success of our online businesses.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  1. 2 years of full-time oversight and hands-on experience leading usability and conversion improvement efforts for a large company in a transactional e-commerce environment.
  2. Ability to lead and motive cross functional team, to flawless execution of all strategie
