EA to HR Director / HR Assistant Job in Sydney 2000, New South Wales Australia
This leading Australian law firm is seeking an experience Executive Assistant to join the head office in Sydney.
Working closely with the HR Director and team your key responsibilities will include :-
- Diary and email management
- Co-ordinate domestic international travel arrangements
- Organise management and HR team meetings
- Preparation of reports, presentations, employee contract and starter packs
- Prepare monthly expenses
- Update and maintain employee detail on HR system (CHRIS21)
- Administer recruitment database with new openings
- Co-ordinator probationary reviews and appraisals
- Process annual leave sick leave requests
- Process HR divisional invoices
- Co-ordinate employee gifts for anniversary, maternity, farewell, wedding and Christmas
To be guaranteed an interview with growing and reputable law firm, you must :-
- Have previous EA / PA experience in professional services
- Previous experience in a support role within Recruitment / Human Resources environment is essential
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources (will be an advantage)
- Possess Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint skills
- Be confident to liaise with people at all levels
- Be a strong team player with a friendly, approachable and positive nature
- Have proven time management skills
