ECTRM Director of Technical Consulting, EMEA – Blue Chip Consultancy
The successful Director will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the ECTRM technical consulting team, owning their ECTRM technical solution across the EMEA region. The role has 4 major deliverables: p
1. Providing subject matter (SME) technical expertise and guidance to clients p
2. Managing the technical consulting team p
3. Working with the product development team to continuously develop the ECTRM products and help them move towards more of a Cloud based offering p
4. Helping to support the sales engagements from the technical consulting side p
p
As such, the successful Director, will have gained significant Java based development and architecture experience working in trading risk management software, ideally gained working specifically in Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) or Commodity Trading Risk Management (CTRM). My client would also be very interested in an experienced Java based developer and architect who has experience working for a financial services trading risk management software house and is keen to move into ETRM / CTRM consulting. p

As well as joining an industry leading ECTRM software firm, my client is a large, global multinational business whose expertise in software extends beyond ETRM / CTRM. Career progression opportunities will thus be endless for the successful Director of Technical Consulting to: p

- AND move into (and additionally oversee) other trading risk management asset classes or even non TRM products p

Salary: £90k basic + 30% bonus + strong benefits p
