$67,349 pa plus superannuation

 

The Central Records Management Unit is seeking a suitably experienced individual to join the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) Project Team to provide specialist system analysis and technical advice and support.

 

Reporting to the Information Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the analysis of business requirements in the design, build and acceptance of the EDRMS to meet Council’s electronic document and record management needs.  You will also be responsible for the ongoing configuration and administration of the system once implemented, including any enhancements and new releases.

 

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in user requirements elicitation, software evaluation, implementation and support skills in relation to records and document management systems. You will possess highly developed problem solving and change management skills along with excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to gain cooperation and assistance from staff at all levels of an organisation.

 

Previous experience in local government records management or information management as a system administrator would be advantageous.
