Summary of Responsibilities:
Experienced Engineer that can effectively and successfully work with and lead peers, contractors and electric co-ops to accomplish and focus on the following:
· Transmission planning
· Metering
· Communications
· Relaying
· Power quality inspection programs
· Diesel generators
· Substation operations
· Transmission operations
· Infrared inspection programs
· SERC Compliance
· Must have excellent communication skills
Required Experience:
- 3-7 years of power engineering experience specifically with the aforementioned.
- Comprehensive knowledge of overall electrical systems and their operations.
Education:
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, an EIT certificate seeking a P.E. certificate.
