ELECTRONICS TEST & REPAIR SET UP Job in West Palm Beach 33417, Florida US
Manpower is currently recruiting for a unique individual to set up a test and repair suite for security parts and systems for manufacturing company located in Palm Beach County.
*Develop test procedures for alarm and intrusion security parts and systems: door and window contacts, control panels, motion detectors, security alarm keypads, security cameras, CCTV's.
*Develop automated test set up and automated test results collection to the test database.
*Train test and repair personnel.
*Analyze failure modes for the parts and systems, make recommendations for low cost repair.
*Apply lean mfg principles to reduce the test and repair time.
*Support customers by reporting test and repair status and yields, yield improvement strategies and saving opportunities.
Requirements:
*Must have ten (10) plus years in testing, inspection, and/or installation of basic and advanced electrical, electronic and RF assemblies and systems.
*Must have extensive experience of Honeywell, UTC, Matrix and Bosch security parts and systems.
*Experience with PCB assemblies inspection and repair (PC Certified Inspector and/or PCBA Repair Technician)
