GoDaddy.com is seeking a Director of Benefits to join its dynamic Human Resources team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will develop, communicate and implement cost-effective, competitive, quality benefit and welfare programs that contribute to talent acquisition and retention. You will:
- Evaluate health and welfare financial plan performance and ensure it supports corporate initiatives and budget
- Prepare and present business case for vendor and plan design changes to Executive Leadership Team. Ensure that recommended changes are fully implemented
- Promote and communicate health and wellness programs
- Facilitate annual open enrollment processes, including annual health fairs and onsite biometric screenings
- Oversee relationships with benefits vendors and third party administrators, including 401(k) plan provider

We are seeking an individual who can think and work strategically as well as understand the details of benefits plans and their impact on employees.
Bachelors’ Degree required; Masters’ preferred. CBP, PHR, SPHR, EBIS preferred.
To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate:
- 10+ years work experience in employee health benefits; minimum 5 years in Human Resources group
- Experience with the management and compliance of 401(k) plans
- Strong organizational skills
- Capability to direct complex, high level management operation and/or consultant assignments
- Experience working with senior management and HR staff on program design, implementation, service and problem resolution
- Technical expertise in the design and implementation of large scale health and welfare plans
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong vendor management acumen
