We are currently seeking high-performance Engineer Managers to join this exciting new business. We are looking for individuals to assure maintenance processes standards are developed for all processes, which will, if executed properly, deliver site goals. Implement and support development plans for engineers/technicians which will provide them the skill and knowledge necessary to support process and utility system teams.
Responsibilities:
· Technical Development of Engineers and Technicians
· Integration of EHS concepts into Maintenance Procedures
· Event and Process Analysis via Root Cause Analysis
· Implement RCM within process and Utility functions
· Implementation of assigned System/Equipment reliability improvement projects
· Coaching and Mentoring of Engineers and Technicians
· Application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvement
· Development of Maintenance Standards, Predictive/Preventative Maintenance System
· Implementation of Best Practices and Methods
· Attainment Indicators:
· Spare Parts/Maintenance Costs
· Batch Release Cycle Time
· Utilities and Process Equipment System Up-time
· Development of personnel
· Function Restored Right Cycles
· Safe Work Environment
· Other duties as assigned
