Enterprise Risk & Governance Manager recruitment
The European Mortgage and Restructure Group (EMRG) is part of GE Capital, the business has $40B in assets, with 5,000 employees across UK, Ireland, France, Iberia, Russia, Netherlands and Latvia. EMRG provides financial solutions to retail and commercial customers, from credit cards, personal loans, auto financing and mortgages to investment loans and working capital solutions.
This opportunity is responsible for Enterprise Risk Management and Governance activities for the GE Capital EMRG business and influencing indirect teams within the businesses.
Ensure an adequate policy framework is in place and comply with GE Capital HQ requirements and supporting all Enterprise Risk Management activities across EMRG (ERM Committee, NPI, Stress testing, Model governance).
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:.
- Strong Risk background with exposure to regulatory activities
- Experience in Enterprise Risk Management in the Financial Services industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, including exceptional change leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability to consult, drive change influence within the risk organization and also across business functions
- Good organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities, to project manage and meet the needs of a range of stakeholders
