ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER
TES is currently in need of an Environmental Manager for a Full Time Position in Sarnia.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing labour in order to assure that operating costs are aligned with budgeted and projected resume
- Managing the operations in accordance with compliance standards
- Managing hazardous and non-hazardous wastes according to specified requirements
- Ensuring Health and Safety standards are met
- Enforcing specific compliance and protocol and standard operational procedures
- Approval of all facility purchasing
- Managing P/L statements according to budgeted revenue and percentages
- Ensuring that operating costs, labour, materials, supplies, and disposal costs meet (or exceed) budgeted parameters
- Training and employee development
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a BA or BSc., as well as 10+ years of experience with an organization involved with the Environmental sector.
