Our client is an international investment bank with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high caliber candidate to join them.

To manage the execution related aspects of the sales marketing function. This is a hands-on role requiring taking ownership of day to day coordination and management. Conference scheduling. Prepare pitchbooks, presentation and sales kit. Corporate broking trading summaries. Be able to drive all corporate access offerings like conferences, NDRs, reverse roadshows, tour schedules, site-visits, luncheon arrangements. Post conference budget and feedback, real-time info update on website, etc. Ad-hoc projects and tasks for event logistics.  

To be considered, you will be a university graduate with experience working as a Sales Marketing co-ordinator/administrator with 3-5 years of relevant work-experience (most preferably for Sales Marketing, Investment Banking or Research). Can work both independently as well as a part of a regional and global team. Understand and have personal experience in corporate access. Good communication skills and should be comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Positive attitude especially with corporates, clients and other staff members. Be able to multi-tasks and understand the fast-paced, real-time investment banking environment. Ability to work under pressure, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and will possess strong organisational skills. Good data management and analysis skills and a high degree of comfort with Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Typing. Proficient in Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is a plus.
