Equity Research Associate, Eastern European Equities
Our client is a leading asset management firm. They manage billions of dollars for pension funds, institutions, governments and private investors across a diverse range of investment strategies
An opportunity has now arisen for an Equity Research Associate to join their London based research team, who will work on Eastern European, Russian and Emerging European equities.
The fund follows a long only investment strategy, and you will carry out detailed equity research on companies, sectors and markets. You will then make recommendations to the fund managers on their portfolios and buy and sell decisions.
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- investment bankers at the 2nd/ 3rd year analyst level - perhaps those transitioning to associate this year
- equity research analysts from tier one sell side firms (Goldman Sachs calibre)
- must have Russian or another Eastern European language
- Ideally the successful candidate will not need a VISA and have tier one, ILR or EU passport
- must be very interested in working in a long only asset management firm.
