ERP Senior Systems Analyst, Manufacturing

Position Overview:  The ERP Senior Systems Analyst, Manufacturing will provide technical/functional leadership in the area of manufacturing for back office transformation across Ingersoll Rand enabled by implementation of an Oracle ERP system.  This position will be part of the ERP team working with various locations around the world to design, and implement a single business solution/system utilizing Oracle R12. Candidate will have global large scale ERP implementation experience, specifically with Oracle eBusiness Suite.

Responsibilities:

o   Lead technical activities related to large ERP implementations, including management of technical staff resources on/off shore.  Responsible from requirements gathering through design, development and implementation. 

o   Provide technical leadership in the design, development and implementation of application forms, reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (FRICE) to meet the needs of the business and project scope.

o   Maintain Enterprise application solution by coordinating new design requirements and FRICE development with ongoing deployments through supporting reviews with the Enterprise Change Manager (ECM) and following Ingersoll Rand guidelines.

o   Assist with business process re-engineering utilizing best business practices supported by Oracle e-Business Suite in the area of manufacturing to improve productivity and customer interaction.

o   Drive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards

o   Deliver specific implementation/support expertise required on manufacturing

o   Responsible for process, data analysis, data clean-up, conversion and validation

o   Develop and perform detailed unit and integration testing, cut-over planning, and execution

o   Ensure alignment with the PMO to follow common processes, methodology and framework for implementation

o   Facilitate key stakeholders alignment and engagement for the program; holding stakeholders accountable for delivering against their commitments

Qualifications:

·         3-5 years of experience with the Oracle e-Business Suite (preferably R12) with hands-on working experience with manufacturing. Experience with multiple manufacturing functions and systems including: SIOP planning, quality, manufacturing execution systems and product lifecycle management.  Knowledge of other modules considered a plus.

·         Demonstrated experience with:  (1)  Creation of complex interfaces/extensions,  (2)  Support of large ERP instances, (3)  Management of data conversion activities, (4) Unit/Regression/Integrated/Stress testing plans and execution, (5) Cutover planning.

·    Working knowledge of a system development methodology

·         Experience with OA Framework, MWA Development, Fusion Middleware, or Java is a plus.
