Owners of a large residence in the Memorial area sitting on six acres with a five acre lake are seeking a couple to oversee the property. The couple would live in a large, tastefully furnished one bedroom apartment located on the property. High quality individuals who will feel comfortable living in close proximity to owners are ideal. Personal characteristics are as important for qualification as maintenance capabilities. This position is a long-term, full-time job with salary, benefits, and an all bills paid apartment. As the apartment is a requirement for the position, the value of the apartment is not taxable income. House-sitting is the most important part of the job and you are required to be on premises during these times.
