About the Job
A Maryland Virginia asphalt paving contractor seeks an experienced estimator with extensive "CAD" knowledge to identify sales opportunities, organize/complete job take-offs of bid quantities, price work with management oversight, and submit written estimates with appropriate follow-up to bid award. Work opportunities will include new construction and rehabilitation projects being performed in the Mid-Atlantic region as well as bidding on government/SDVOSB work. This position will command a base salary of $35K/yr. including individual health care insurance, vacation and sick days based on company Policy and Procedures Manual. A further 2% commission on gross sales of project will be paid upon completion and payment for contract work. Interested parties please fax resume to 301-725-8869 for review.
