usually offered by traditional banks. Our client has extensive access to debt and equity through their institutional relationships. Expertise and coverage extends across fixed income / credit market and all sectors of commercial real estate.
Our client is current looking to engage a number of candidates who have at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in any of the following:-
- Real Estate Investment Banking
- Strong contacts with Commercial Real Estate borrowers across Europe but with an emphasis on UK transactions. (target loans £10m -£150m).
- Ideally candidates will currently be working in a loan origination/ Real Estate lending role, have a comprehensive deal list of sourcing UK deals over the last 7-10 years and possess strong credit analysis and structuring skills. (must have origination capability)
- In real estate must either be (i) senior client relationship managers, or (ii) senior securitisation bankers
