Responsibilities
The Events Outreach Manager will be responsible for supporting the Americas team in the planning, communication and execution of a diverse range of events in order to promote and showcase Moody's thought leadership, products and services.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
-Effective management of a portfolio of MA hosted client events
*In additional to flawless execution (project schedules and timelines, logistics, signage, staff, collateral, vendors, shipments) this includes strategic campaign and content development, audience identification and post event follow-up
*Track and report all ROI and pipeline activity
-Successful planning and execution of third party conference sponsorships
*Provide recommendations on sponsorship levels and ensure all aspects of sponsorship packages are being utilized
*Identify and source opportunities to showcase Moody's thought leadership
*Track and report all ROI and pipeline activity
-Responsible for developing the plan, budgeting and tracking of these events
*Work with key constituents to develop annual plan
*Develop accurate budget and monthly reconciliation and reporting of events
-In-depth analysis/reporting and measurement for all sponsorships and lead generation events to include:
*Post-event meetings and recap summaries to review successes/development needs
*Creation and tracking of scorecard and development of quarterly reports
-Effective project management and strategic collaboration; continual review and update of processes and procedures

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business or Marketing
-Minimum of 5 years of Event Marketing experience in a financial services environment
-Well-developed project management skills; ability to work autonomously
-Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
-Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including good negotiation skills.
-Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with both internal and external parties
-Strong technical knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, Salesforce, Cvent or similar event management software
