Community Options, Inc., an innovative non-profit, seeks a qualified Executive Director to develop operate programs for persons with developmental / intellectual disabilities in Benton, KY and surrounding areas. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, management ability, budget exp, and be willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard.
Must be proficient in the allocation of staff metrics development, knowledge of state federal funding, marketing, fund raising and program development are a must! Candidate must be a quick learner, have a strong presence, be relentless in business expansion and have a strong commitment to quality assurance advocacy.
