The Executive Sales Assistant will be responsible for the development of business growth throughout the West Coast of the US, to existing and new accounts.  As the Executive Sales Assistant you will be an essential part of business development, lead generation for new opportunities, daily tracking input, marketing assistance, and social media content.

 

Responsibilities include: 

 

·         Maintains highest standards of business ethics in relationships with company employees, customers and suppliers

·         Contact existing and qualify new accounts on a regular basis within assigned territory.

·         Upbeat and positive attitude

·         Assist with Marketing efforts

·         Establish and maintain positive customer relations

·         Develop and maintain personal knowledge of company initiatives, industry market trends and competitive activities to effectively counsel customers

·         Prepare proposals for customers, cost analyses and other documentation as necessary to assist in sales efforts

·         Assist with creating online presentations including training sessions, webinars and online demonstrations.

·         Contribute monthly to Scanco’s Blog

·         Input CRM information daily

·         Assist with processing orders

·         Attend and generate leads through annual partner and customer tradeshow as well as conferences hosted by the Sage partner channel

 

 

Requirements:

 

·         Computer efficiency in various software programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, VMWare, GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar and SalesLogix CRM preferred and PowerPoint.

·         Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally

·         Build effective business relationships

·         Confidence in cold calling

·         Communication skills including: listening, understanding, and reasoning

·         Ability to effectively manage work activities and operate independently without daily supervision 

·         College Degree is preferred
