Description
Under limited supervision, perform various investment accounting duties functions as required by the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other applicable regulatory requirements. Work with funds of low to moderate complexity/volume. ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Provides or requests routine data and basic information. Answers telephone calls and responds/directs appropriately. WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Composes routine correspondence and documentation within area. Prepares, formats and edits routine to complex documents. Composes routine correspondence. CLIENT CONTACTS: Begins to build contacts within PFPC. Demonstrates respect and professionalism and promptly, efficiently and courteously meets day-to-day needs. LEADERSHIP: Provides occasional guidance to team members within the functional area. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under general supervision. Provided detailed instruction on regular and new work assignments or procedures.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE: Demonstrates basic understanding of primary duties and the skills required to accomplish them accurately and safely. EDUCATION: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience Major: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics with a minimum of 9 accounting credits JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year
