Facilities Manager Demonstrated experience in property upkeep and management, equipment maintenance, both automotive and mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, heating, etc.) and personnel supervision. Typical hours 7:00-3:00, M-F. Additional hours expected for emergencies, inclement weather and for occasional special events. Friendly personality and ability to work with others a must. Salary range: upper twenties based on experience, benefits.
