Specific Job Description This HRBP will work closely with one or more client groups in support of business objectives. As a trusted advisor, the chosen candidate will be able to positively influence and impact the organization by building strong relationships and offering innovative solutions. With a comprehensive understanding of the ORG business strategy, this position will align HR initiatives to critical business needs. This position will also serve as the Talent Champion that assists in identifying, developing and retaining talent that enhances team performance. This position is responsible for transforming core values into common practices at all levels of the organization and will be recognized as the Culture Ambassador. The successful candidate will: set high standards of performance for themselves and others; be professional in both word and actions in any situation; seek new knowledge and experiences; have an analytical mindset that can utilize factual data to develop solutions; be self aware and adjust accordingly to different environments. In this role, the HRBP performs under general direction. Participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. The successful applicant will be compensated based on market rates and internal equity for the work to be performed. The successful internal applicant may be transferred laterally (the same salary grade) with or without a change in compensation or may be promoted into a higher salary grade with or without an upward adjustment in compensation.
