Position Summary
· Prepares food to specifications before and during unit operations.
Essential Functions:
· Properly measures and portions all food items. Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures.
· Cooks all food to proper specifications in a timely manner.
· Utilizes kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as: knives, slicers, whips, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc.
· Ensures proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly.
· Ensures freshness and quality of all menu items.
· Packages all products to proper specifications
· Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according proper guidelines.
- Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
· Follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations.
- Sets up and operates kitchen equipment
- Uses waste control guidelines and records all waste on spoilage sheet.

Your Role:
- Washes pots and pans dishes and utensils
- Follow all health dept. regulations for dish water and rinse
- Cleans and mops kitchen at end of night and as required
- Does general cleaning-and maintenance or kitchen equipment
- Take out trash at end shift
- Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs.
- Weekends a must

Your Role:
· Greets guests approaching stand
· Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
· Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
· Records all waste.
· To Prepare baked goods from time to time as required
· Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques
· Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages
· Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
· Properly records all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.
· Collects the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit card or determines correct change for guests.
· Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift
- Leads by example in the skills of Customer service and positive interaction with associates, customers and supervisors by mutual respect for all person’s needs.
- Demonstrates skill in dealing with customer complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations and maintain customer goodwill.

Your Role:
· Welcome and greet guests with a positive, professional attitude within one minute of their arrival to table
· Introduce yourself
· Service guests by taking drink orders, delivering beverage items to guest’s tables and pre-bussing tables in a timely fashion
· Use suggestive selling; always serve bar beverages responsibly, and within legal guidelines
· Keep guests’ dining tables well maintained at all times; check back, refills, pre-bus etc.
· Perform all side work duties, which may include opening, on-going, and closing duties
· Complete all duties in a timely, expeditious and professional manner
· Communicate with supervisor and team members regarding shift activities, problems, and product concerns
· Remain updated on current casino and department promotions
· Maintain sanitation, safety, security, and personnel policy standards at all times
· Follow security and surveillance protocol when necessary
· Must have excellent guest service and verbal communication skills
