Job Description Job Classification: Direct Hire I am looking for a highly skilled FPGA designer for a full time position in Austin, Texas. This position would involve the architecture, verification, and documentation of High speed FPGA's. You would also work on the design of PCB's to run tests for these high-speed chips. A bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 5 years of FPGA design experience is a must have. Experience with chips in the 100 Mhz clock signals is strongly preferred. PCB design experience using Altium or ORCAD is strongly preferred as well. Minimum Requirements: -Strong VHDL or Verilog coding skills -Demonstrated High-Speed PCB design skills -Demonstrated ability to bring FPGA subsystem from concept through release -Experience with microcontroller cores and high speed device interfaces (PCI-E, 10GigE, USB, Etc.) -Project Management and creation of deadlines and schedules.
