Fraud Risk Management Team Manager recruitment
The successful candidates will have the following responsibilities:-
- Support Dept Head in identifying any potential risk in Citibank's internal processes provide recommendation to improve management and process decisions across to all businesses (Issuing, Banking Merchant Acquiring) from Fraud control perspective.
- Ensure that the investigation processes and services are conducted properly and effectively withut scarifying risk and in accordance with policies, procedures and International Visa/MasterCard regulations.
- Support Dept Head to monitor and ensure that all service indicators are met daily / monthly and to do process improvement on failure indicators.
- Support Dept Head to ensure compliance with GCCFRP in line with the extensive changes being made.
- Ensure compliance of regulations by supporting Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process.
- Liaison with other groups such as Police force Singapore or Card Security Group or Associations.
- Support Dept Head to ensure the implementation of team work culture and spirit across Citibank
- Ensure that ad-hoc request is handled properly and ensure internal controls are strong.
- Manage cases, business reports and MIS in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and exposure to Fraud analytics preventive controls
- Strong interpersonal skills, independent and good initiative on job assignments
- Strong knowledge on Card Business and on-line authorization and Bankcard cycle
- Strong knowledge of Retail Banking environment and products/services
- Ability to work under pressure and high work volume within timeline
- Good documentation skills
- Excellent work organization planning, meticulous and strong leadership
