French-speaking PA to COO
French-speaking PA / Executive Assistant required to provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, Global Head of Origination and the Global Head of Coal Freight.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Booking travel arrangements;
- Collecting information for conferences
- Diary management
- Events organising
- Maintaining databases
- Answering phones
- Compiling expenses
- Preparing presentations including PowerPoint presentations
We are seeking an accomplished PA / Executive Assistant with previous experience of supporting a Senior Executive and a team in a busy environment. You must be fluent in French and English, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications - PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
