Position Summary
Our Front Desk Attendants are outgoing and courteous individuals, interested in the comfort and personal satisfaction of our members and guests. They have a positive impact on the success of our club by:

· Being dependable and punctual
Our most successful Front Desk Attendants will:
· Pleasantly greet members, in the club and on the telephone
· Effectively address and communicate member questions and issues
· Assist members with program registration, payment processing, and scheduling club services
· Work independently and effectively, requiring little direct supervision, in a fast-paced environment
· Demonstrate strong customer service through a genuine desire to serve
· Demonstrate a willingness to be part of the organization's team
