FTSE-listed Natural Resources Corporate looking for M&A experienced individuals for Corporate Development VP recruitment
The role will involve working directly with the senior leaderhisp team and on a day to day basis with the Head of Corporate Development and Strategy advising on internal mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate strategy, preparing financial analysis material and performing business/company valuations. The position offers an alternative career path to investment banking and will appeal to those keen on an ‘improved’ work-life balance and the satisfaction of aiding a industry-leader at the highest level throughout a sustained time period.
The ideal candidate should have excellent academics (2:1 minimum) from a redbrick University and a minimum of 6 years MA advisory experience in the Natural Resources space. Our client is flexible however applicants from bulge bracket firms are preferred.
Additional language skills and the completion of an MBA from a top Business school are not essential but will certainly add more weight to applications.
