Post Anesthesia Care Unit Schedule : On Call Shift : Variable Hourly Rate : $27.03 + Depending on Experience Job Category : Surgical Services Nursing Location : Washington-Walla Walla Providence is calling a Registered Nurse to Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, WA. We are seeking a Registered Nurse who enjoys the challenge of working in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. In this position you will: Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care needs of post-anesthesia and post-operative patients Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to effectively work with minimal supervision Required qualifications for this position include: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate for Healthcare Providers Preferred qualifications for this position include: Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification One year acute care RN experience Recent PACU RN experience About the hospital you will serve .
