American Colloid Company Is now hiring for a Gascoyne Plant Manager ACC currently has an opening for a Production Plant Manager for it's Gascoyne, ND Facility (20 miles East of Bowman, ND). The Gascoyne Plant produces, packages, ships a variety of leonardite based products. The Plant Manager is responsible for the Safety, Quality, and Costs associated with the entire plant. They are part of a team that will maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, and costs. This position requires a thorough knowledge of safety, mechanical /industrial practices, and personnel management. Qualifications: BS in Chemical Engineering preferred - other disciplines considered Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
