General Nurse- Needed in Bedford
Hays are currently recruiting for temporary Registered General Nurses for ongoing lines of work in a prestigious NHS hospital in Bedford.
We are looking for Registered General Nurses to temporarily join the professional and expert team of our well established client.
Working as a Registered General Nurse you will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. You will also administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
That of Registered General Nurse is a highly responsible role, that’s why we need
somebody who is well trained about the job and has proper knowledge of doing any task such as maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records; monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions; consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Current UK clinical experience.
- The ability to adapt to different hospital environments.
- Self-motivated, uses own initiative and excellent at making decisions.
- Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to challenging situations.
- Time management and effective delegation skills.
