Global Marketing Analytics & Measurement Leader

 

We are seeking a business or marketing analytics professional to join the BlackRock Measurement Market Research team.  This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an evolving team that plays a significant role in the business strategy of the leading asset manager and an organization that values high quality and high impact customer insights. 
 
You will focus on building the foundation of the Marketing Measurement team, developing a process, and embedding the discipline of campaign metrics and measurement across the Global Marketing Communications team.  Specifically, you will be responsible for developing marketing dashboards and KPI tracking; driving marketing impact and optimization analytics; and leveraging global tracking studies.
 
Your success will be measured by the impact on revenue through:  

  1. Building relationships and influencing the recommendations to key stakeholders across the Global Marketing Communications team.
  2. Identifying learnings through measurement across marketing channels and geographies.
  3. Championing findings and holding managers accountable for agreed upon goals and actions..
  4. Living the values of the BlackRock organization and Measurement Research team such as going beyond the numbers, team collaboration and challenging conventional wisdom.
