Role: Direct Marketing Associate
As a Direct Marketing Associate you will be joining a team of high paced specialists performing a hybrid of inbound and outbound opportunity development. This team’s number one focus is on maximizing the conversion of opportunity to revenue. Residing in our Marketing department and working closely with our global sales leaders and online services group, this role is responsible for nurturing leads until such time as a warm lead or appointment is passed to the sales teams. In this phone based role, you will act as a first contact with Western Union Business Solutions prospects and is critical to new business growth.

We are seeking motivated and driven individuals who are keen to begin their sales career and have a genuine desire to succeed at Western Union Business Solutions.
To be considered for our Sales Graduate Positions, you will:
Have a Bachelor degree (Business, Commerce or Marketing)
Have a genuine interest in Financial Services (and in particular Foreign Exchange)
Have some relevant work experience – vacation/internships or part/full time work
Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
