You will be the first point of contact for clients when they have technical issues and it will be your responsibility to understand the nature of the problem, diagnose the impact, investigate the cause, and provide a solution.
You will also have the opportunity to provide consultancy for technical implementations so this truly is a great opportunity if you are looking to utilise your technical support experience within a client driven environment.
The Graduate Support Analyst MUST have:
• Experience resolving Windows Operating Systems, networking and database issues
• Supported databases and/or applications using SQL
• Knowledge of a database platform (Oracle or SQL Server)
• Knowledge of at least one programming language
Skills that will clinch the Graduate Support Analyst position:
• Previous experience resolving technical issues for external clients
• Technical expertise in Linux operating systems
