Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager recruitment
POSITION
While taking charge of the financial consolidation of the Company (50 subsidiaries), you will mainly:
- Prepare annual consolidation of the Group under CFO
- Responsible for the coordination with external auditor
- Assist and lead the IFRS conversion of the Group and some of its subsidiaries
- Develop and improve the accounting Group policies, ensuring IFRS compliance
- Assist in ad-hoc projects (restructuring, buy-side transactions)
- Work closely with the accounting and controlling departments as well as the various subsidiaries to shorten the reporting deadline and constantly improve the quality of the financial information delivered to stakeholders
- Ensure IFRS compliance and following IFRS developments to ensure constant compliance of Group accounting policies
PROFILE
In this highly exposed and challenging position working hand in hand with the CEO and CFO of a world leader in its branch, we are seeking for a rather young and bright talent, highly motivated, hard working personality with prior Group and International exposure both to an Industry environment and to the Auditing space, thus showing proof of the following successful background:
• 3 - 6 years of external auditing experience (ideally from Big4)
• 2 - 4 years of Accounting / Consolidation Reporting experience from the Industry floor
• Having deep IFRS understanding and practice from the corporate/multinational environment
• Business School / University degree with ACA or CPA qualification would be an advantage
• Strong working language skills in English (FR and IT would be assets)
• Strong project management experience
• Readiness to travel (assignment mobility between the Netherlands and Luxemburg)
