Head of Marketing

Our client is a leading global institutional real estate asset manager with an enviable profile and reputation. Their client base consists of pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and insurance companies. They are seeking a high calibre Head of Marketing to lead a small international team and develop institutional marketing and asset raising support activities in the UK, Europe, the US and Asia. Key responsibilities include effective delivery of media relations, event management, corporate hospitality, roadshows, RFPs/RFIs, key messaging, campaign management, new fund launches, corporate marketing collateral including digitial, brochures, sales material and presentations, insightful competitor intelligence and client satisfaction surveys. This individual will also be accountable for implementing a new CRM system. The successful candidate will possess very strong strategic and tactical marketing experience gained in the institutional asset management industry, proven project management, influencing and stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment. Knowledge of institutional real estate asset management  would be extremely desirable. Fluent spoken French would be useful.
